The prompts, workflows, playbooks, and any outputs generated through use of the products sold on this site (collectively, the "Tools") are research and analytical instruments only. They do not constitute, and must not be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, derivative, commodity, or other financial instrument.

Valuation Studios is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States, or any equivalent body in any other jurisdiction. Valuation Studios is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no fiduciary relationship is created by the sale or use of the Tools.

The Tools are intended for use by sophisticated investors, financial professionals, and researchers who possess the independent judgement and expertise required to evaluate their outputs. Any decision to act on, rely on, or further distribute analysis produced through the Tools is the sole responsibility of the user. Users are strongly encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed and qualified professional before making any investment decision.

No warranty of accuracy

The Tools rely on, and may be combined with, large language models, public data sources, and third-party information. Valuation Studios makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any output produced by the Tools. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or stale information. All outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon for any purpose.

Past performance, historical examples, and back-tested results referenced in or produced by the Tools are not indicative of future results. No guarantee is made that the application of the Tools will result in profitable investment decisions or accurate forecasts.

No solicitation or offer

Nothing on this site, in the Tools, or in any output generated by the Tools constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial instrument in any jurisdiction. The Tools are sold as informational products only.

User responsibility and assumption of risk

By purchasing or using the Tools, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• (a)they are using the Tools at their own risk;
• (b)they are solely responsible for any investment, business, or other decision they make based in whole or in part on output produced through the Tools;
• (c)Valuation Studios shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Tools;
• (d)all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly set out in these terms, whether implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Regulatory positioning

The Tools are sold as software and informational products. They are not a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) or equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction. To the extent any output of the Tools could be construed as a "personal recommendation" within the meaning of the FCA Handbook, MiFID II, or any equivalent rules, the user expressly waives any such construction and agrees that no such recommendation is intended or given.

Licence and use

Each Tool purchased is licensed to the named purchaser identified at checkout. The licence is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the Tools or any substantial portion of their contents with third parties is not permitted. Each delivered file is watermarked with the purchaser's email address, purchase timestamp, and order identifier for licensing traceability.

Refunds

Because the Tools are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the prompt file has been emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you experience a delivery failure or technical issue that prevents you from receiving the Tool, contact support and we will resend or refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
